About Our Interview Process

Our goal is to find capable and growth-minded candidates for our highly collaborative practice environment. When you interview with us, we take the time to really get to know you to ensure you are the best fit for us and we are the best fit for you. Our interview process includes:

Full-Day On-Site
Visit multiple clinic locations with the goals of:

- Learning first-hand how PRISM structures your first years with us to ensure long-term success and satisfaction

What to Expect in Your First Year with Us

Work 1:1 With Your Mentor Weekly for Feedback and Guidance
You will be assigned a physician mentor who will be an important sounding board as you build your practice.
Develop a Personalized Career Plan with Operators and Medical Directors
Participate in quarterly collaborative meetings with our practice operators and medical directors that begin before your start date and continue on a quarterly basis during your first year.
Be a Part of Transparent and Data-Driven Decision-Making
Participate in quarterly collaborative meetings that begin before your start date and continue through your first year to review progress, refine your schedule, and set goals.
OR Access When You Need It
You will have regular and predictable access to the operating room from day 1.
