As a physician-led organization, PRISM Vision Group depends on and values the input of its physician leaders, as they play a critical role in helping to drive the direction and growth of the organization. Our enterprise is guided by a Physician Leadership Council (PLC) where participating physicians serve as clinical subject matter experts to set policies and standards, as well as establish communication with other physicians across the enterprise. The PLC is comprised of four committees.
Provides oversight for quality, clinical programs and standardization, clinical research, development of new clinical services, and clinical training.
Oversees the technology infrastructure for the enterprise including clinical informatics, EMR usage and standardization and EMR training.
Responsible for growth strategies and business development including physician recruitment, existing practice expansion, physician practice affiliations, and ambulatory surgery center development and oversight.
Provides oversight for the enterprise's financial functions including payer contracting, revenue cycle, financial reporting and budgeting.

The campaign, featuring both English and Spanish TV and radio spots, encourages the public to protect their vision by seeking prompt care from a retina specialist at the first signs of retinal disease.
