“It is an honor to take care of patients with sight-threatening conditions. My approach to care is centered on open communication—by learning about my patients’ individual concerns and circumstances and helping them become knowledgeable about their condition, we can work together to achieve the best outcomes.”

She began her studies at Duke University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science and graduated Magna Cum Laude with distinction in Neurosciences.
