Dr. Marina Glatman, M.D. is a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist & Surgeon at Millenium Eye Care Freehold location. Dr. Glatman received her undergraduate degree from Amherst College where she pursued a double major in Biology and French language and spent time studying abroad in France. Before starting medical school, Dr. Glatman was involved in research on Alzheimer’s disease at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York. She obtained her Medical Degree from State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine in 2010 and completed Ophthalmology Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in Newark, NJ in 2014.
Dr. Glatman is a board-certified eye physician and surgeon who has been providing comprehensive medical & surgical eye care in New Jersey for over 11 years. Her surgical interests include standard and laser-assisted cataract surgery with advanced lenses, minimally invasive glaucoma surgery, as well as oculoplastic procedures to improve ocular function, including upper eyelid blepharoplasty, ectropion and entropion repair, eyelid growths excisions. Dr. Glatman diagnoses and treats multiple ocular conditions, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, glaucoma, dry eye syndrome, chalazia. Dr. Glatman takes pride in providing each patient with the most individualized approach and care.
